Admissions & timings
What is the minimum age for Playgroup?
Children can join Playgroup from 1 year 8 months of age. Our counsellor will help you pick the right class based on your child's date of birth.
What are the school timings?
Playgroup: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM. Nursery, LKG & UKG: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM. Class 1 & 2: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM.
Is there an entrance test?
No. We have a relaxed, play-based interaction just to get to know your child.
Can I visit the campus?
Yes, we'd love that! Request a call and our counsellor will book a campus visit at a time that suits you.
Fees & payment
What is included in the fees?
Tuition covers core learning materials, classroom activity supplies and standard school events.
Can I pay monthly, quarterly or annually?
Yes. Fees can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually.
How can I pay?
Cash, UPI and bank transfer are all accepted. We send a reminder before each due date.
Transport
How do you keep children safe during transport?
Our vehicles have verified drivers and trained female support staff, who stay with the children while boarding, during the journey and while getting off, so every child is handed over safely.
Tiffin & meals
What should I pack in the tiffin box?
A balanced, spill-proof and easy-to-eat snack, such as fresh fruit, sandwiches or a light home-cooked item, along with a water bottle.
Safety & health
Who can pick up my child?
Children are handed over only to parents or pre-authorised guardians carrying the official school-issued pickup card. We never release a child to anyone who can't be verified.
What happens if my child gets hurt or unwell?
Our staff are trained in basic first aid. Minor scrapes or bumps are treated immediately and recorded, and parents are informed promptly. For anything urgent, we contact nearby healthcare facilities right away.
Pickup & dismissal
How does dismissal work?
Children gather class-wise inside the secure campus and are released one by one as authorised adults arrive at the pickup zone.
What if I'm running late for pickup?
Please inform the school office straight away. Your child will be looked after under school supervision until a verified guardian arrives.
Settling in
How do you help new children settle in?
The first week has flexible, shorter hours so little ones can gently get used to their new classroom, teachers and saying goodbye at the door.
Can I stay with my child for the first few days?
On the first day, parents may be able to stay for a short while, depending on how comfortable the child is. After that, we encourage you to let your child join the class independently, with our teachers supporting them.
